Overview
OrderMonk supports integrations with major e-commerce marketplaces and platforms. Connecting a marketplace allows you to:- Sync inventory in real-time across all platforms
- Track products and monitor pricing across channels
- Manage orders from a single dashboard
- Analyze performance with cross-platform reporting

How to Connect a Marketplace
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations in your OrderMonk dashboard. You’ll see all available platform connectors.
Choose your platform
Click Connect next to the platform you want to add. Each platform has its own authentication flow.
Authorize access
Follow the platform-specific authorization steps:
- For Amazon: Log in to Seller Central and authorize the OrderMonk app
- For eBay: Sign in to eBay and grant API permissions
- For WooCommerce: Provide your store URL and generate API keys
- For Shopify: Install the OrderMonk app from the Shopify App Store
Configure sync settings
After authorization, configure your sync preferences:
- Sync frequency — Real-time, every 15 min, hourly, or daily
- SKU mapping — How to match products across platforms
- Inventory rules — Buffer stock, channel-specific allocation
- Price sync — Whether to sync prices or manage independently
You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform (e.g., Amazon US + Amazon UK). Each account is treated as a separate channel.
Managing Connections
Viewing Connection Status
All connected platforms are listed in Settings → Integrations with their current status:- 🟢 Connected — Active and syncing normally
- 🟡 Syncing — Initial or bulk sync in progress
- 🔴 Disconnected — Authentication expired or API error
Re-authenticating
If a connection goes stale, click Reconnect to re-authorize. Your data and settings are preserved.Disconnecting a Platform
To remove a platform connection:- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click the ⋮ menu on the platform card
- Select Disconnect
