How to Connect a Marketplace

1

Navigate to Integrations

Go to SettingsIntegrations in your OrderMonk dashboard. You’ll see all available platform connectors.
2

Choose your platform

Click Connect next to the platform you want to add. Each platform has its own authentication flow.
3

Authorize access

Follow the platform-specific authorization steps:
  • For Amazon: Log in to Seller Central and authorize the OrderMonk app
  • For eBay: Sign in to eBay and grant API permissions
  • For WooCommerce: Provide your store URL and generate API keys
  • For Shopify: Install the OrderMonk app from the Shopify App Store
4

Configure sync settings

After authorization, configure your sync preferences:
  • Sync frequency — Real-time, every 15 min, hourly, or daily
  • SKU mapping — How to match products across platforms
  • Inventory rules — Buffer stock, channel-specific allocation
  • Price sync — Whether to sync prices or manage independently
5

Initial sync

OrderMonk will perform an initial sync to pull in all your products, inventory levels, and active orders. This may take a few minutes depending on catalog size.
You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform (e.g., Amazon US + Amazon UK). Each account is treated as a separate channel.

Managing Connections

Viewing Connection Status

All connected platforms are listed in SettingsIntegrations with their current status:
  • 🟢 Connected — Active and syncing normally
  • 🟡 Syncing — Initial or bulk sync in progress
  • 🔴 Disconnected — Authentication expired or API error

Re-authenticating

If a connection goes stale, click Reconnect to re-authorize. Your data and settings are preserved.

Disconnecting a Platform

To remove a platform connection:
  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Click the menu on the platform card
  3. Select Disconnect
Disconnecting a platform stops all syncing for that channel. Your historical data is preserved, but no new updates will be pushed or pulled.
