Overview

OrderMonk integrates with Amazon Seller Central through the Selling Partner API (SP-API). This enables real-time inventory sync, product tracking, order management, and PPC analytics.

Prerequisites

Before connecting, ensure you have:
  • An active Amazon Seller Central account (Professional plan)
  • Brand Registry (recommended, for enhanced data access)
  • Admin access to your Seller Central account

Connecting Amazon

Go to Integrations

Navigate to SettingsIntegrations and click Connect Amazon.

Select marketplace

Choose which Amazon marketplace(s) you want to connect:
  • 🇺🇸 Amazon.com (US)
  • 🇬🇧 Amazon.co.uk (UK)
  • 🇩🇪 Amazon.de (Germany)
  • 🇫🇷 Amazon.fr (France)
  • 🇮🇳 Amazon.in (India)
  • 🇯🇵 Amazon.co.jp (Japan)
  • And more…

Authorize OrderMonk

You’ll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central. Log in and authorize the OrderMonk application. This grants access to:
  • Product catalog and listings
  • Inventory levels
  • Orders and fulfillment
  • Advertising (PPC) data
  • Reports and analytics

Configure settings

After authorization, configure your Amazon-specific settings:
  • FBA vs. FBM — How to handle Fulfilled by Amazon vs. Merchant inventory
  • Sync frequency — How often to pull/push data
  • SKU mapping — Map Amazon ASINs to your internal SKUs

Troubleshooting

Ensure you’re logging in with the primary account holder credentials, not a sub-user. Sub-users may not have permission to authorize third-party apps.
Check that your Amazon API credentials haven’t expired. Go to SettingsIntegrationsAmazon and click Test Connection.
PPC data requires the Advertising API scope. If you connected before this was added, you may need to re-authorize by clicking Reconnect.
