Workspace Configuration

After completing the quickstart, take a few minutes to set up your workspace for the best experience.

Business Profile

Navigate to Settings → Business Profile to configure:
  • Business Name — Displayed across the platform and in reports
  • Business Address — Used for shipping calculations and compliance
  • Currency — Set your default currency for pricing and reporting
  • Timezone — Ensures accurate reporting and scheduled tasks

Team Members

OrderMonk supports team collaboration. Invite your team members to help manage your e-commerce operations.

Go to team settings

Navigate to Settings → Team in your dashboard.

Invite members

Click Invite Member and enter their email address. Choose a role:
RolePermissions
OwnerFull access to all features, billing, and team management
AdminFull access to all features except billing
ManagerInventory, product, and order management
ViewerRead-only access to dashboards and reports

Manage access

Members will receive an email invitation. You can modify roles or revoke access at any time from the Team settings page.

Notification Preferences

Stay on top of your business with customizable alerts. Navigate to Settings → Notifications to configure:
Get notified when a tracked product’s price changes beyond your threshold. Set percentage or absolute price change triggers.
Receive alerts when inventory levels drop below your reorder point on any connected platform.
Get notified about inventory sync status — successful syncs, failures, and conflicts.
Set up alerts for ACoS threshold breaches, budget utilization, and campaign performance changes.
You can receive notifications via email, in-app, or both. Configure your preferred channels in Settings → Notifications → Channels.

Data Import

If you’re migrating from another platform, you can import your existing data.

Supported Import Formats

  • CSV — Product catalog, inventory levels, and order history
  • Excel (.xlsx) — Same data types as CSV
  • API — Programmatic data import via our REST API

How to Import

  1. Navigate to Settings → Data Import
  2. Select the data type (Products, Inventory, Orders)
  3. Upload your file or configure API import
  4. Map your columns to OrderMonk fields
  5. Review and confirm the import
Importing data will merge with your existing records. Duplicate products are matched by SKU. Review the preview carefully before confirming.
