How It Works

After you act on a keyword suggestion:
  1. OrderMonk monitors the keyword’s PPC performance for a configurable evaluation period
  2. Performance metrics are collected (impressions, clicks, spend, sales)
  3. A grade (A–F) is assigned based on profitability and traction

Performance Grades

GradeDescriptionCriteria
AExcellentProfitable with strong traction (low ACoS, high ROAS)
BGoodProfitable with moderate traction
CAverageBreaking even or slight profit
DBelow AverageUnprofitable but has traction
FPoorUnprofitable with low traction

Outcome Statistics

View aggregate stats in KeywordsOutcomes:
  • Total suggestions acted on vs. dismissed
  • Grade distribution (how many A’s, B’s, etc.)
  • Average ACoS and ROAS for acted-on keywords
  • Improvement trend over time
Review your outcome stats regularly. A high percentage of A and B grades means the Brain’s suggestions are well-tuned to your products.
