Campaign Dashboard

Navigate to PPCCampaigns to see your advertising dashboard:
  • Active campaigns — All running campaigns with key metrics
  • Performance summary — Total spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS at a glance
  • Budget utilization — How much of your daily/monthly budget is being used
  • Trend charts — Performance trends over time

Bid Optimization

AI Bid Suggestions

OrderMonk’s Brain analyzes your campaign data and suggests bid adjustments:
For keywords with strong conversion rates but limited impressions — increasing bids can capture more profitable traffic.
For keywords spending heavily with poor conversion — lowering bids reduces waste while maintaining presence.
For keywords that consistently underperform — pausing frees up budget for better-performing terms.
For search terms driving irrelevant clicks — adding as negatives prevents future wasted spend.

Applying Suggestions

  1. Navigate to PPCSuggestions
  2. Review each suggestion with its rationale and projected impact
  3. Accept to apply immediately, Dismiss to skip, or Customize to modify
All suggestions include a confidence score. Start by acting on high-confidence suggestions and monitor the results before applying lower-confidence ones.

Campaign Analysis

Performance Reports

Generate detailed reports in PPCReports:
  • Campaign Report — Overall campaign performance with trend analysis
  • Keyword Report — Per-keyword metrics and performance grades
  • Search Term Report — Actual search terms triggering your ads
  • Placement Report — Performance by ad placement (Top of Search, Rest of Search, Product Pages)

Budget Management

Set and manage budgets at multiple levels:
  • Daily budget — Maximum spend per day per campaign
  • Monthly cap — Total monthly spend limit
  • Budget alerts — Get notified at 50%, 75%, and 90% utilization
  • Auto-pause — Automatically pause campaigns when budget is exhausted

Performance Grades

Each keyword in your campaigns receives a performance grade:

DUnprofitable but has some traction
FHigh spend, no returns — consider pausing
Focus optimization efforts on C and D grade keywords — they have traction but need bid adjustments or listing improvements to become profitable.

Best Practices

  1. Start broad, then narrow — Launch with broad match, then move converting terms to phrase/exact match
  2. Use negative keywords aggressively — Review search term reports weekly and add irrelevant terms as negatives
  3. Set realistic ACoS targets — Consider your profit margins when setting target ACoS
  4. Don’t react too quickly — Give campaigns at least 7–14 days of data before making major changes
  5. Monitor TACoS — ACoS measures ad efficiency, but TACoS tells you how ads impact total business health
